PRENATAL & POSTNATAL YOGA Flow
Our Prenatal Yoga Flow is a very beautifully sequenced Yoga workshop specially designed by Rashmi for expectant mothers. The aim is to keep the mommies to be healthy, happy and strong along with a gentle and mindful preparation for birthing. Presently the prenatal yoga flow is open to weekend workshops and private classes only, the prenatal yoga class is enhanced with the use of props to provide maximum support and assistance.
