Doing yoga is something that I always want to try. I am fully aware that this kind of activity relieves the stress that we might be feeling because of the things that we are facing everyday. My friend who is now a yoga instructor is the one who introduced this to me and she is also inviting me to attend her classes for just an affordable price. I told her yes, of course, but due to some difficulties with my schedule, I am still unable to make the plans happen. Hopefully, after this month, I can now finally do something good for myself because I know that this is indeed what I need right now.
