Avocado basil spaghetti

A Vegan self discovered recipe that I Love! Avocado and Basil spaghetti is very very easy to make and the sauce is raw. So all you need to cook is the pasta or the spaghetti that you use.

Its a quick fix if time is not on your side and is very healthy. Avocados are very good to lower cholesterol and diabetes. Basil has anti ageing properties and is rich in anti oxidants

Preparation time : 15 mins
Ingredients:
1 Ripe Avocado
100 gms Basil
A handful of Cashew nuts
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 tsp Whole Black Pepper
Salt to taste
Cooked Pasta / Spagheti

Method: 
1. Scoop out all the avocado from the skin and make a creamy paste by mixing it with a spoon.
2. Add all the other ingredients in a blender, and blend till it forms a smooth paste. Add a little water while blending to give it a better consistency.
3. Mix the mashed avocado with the basil paste. And Voila your sauce is ready.
4. Mix the sauce with cooked pasta/ spaghetti

This recipe for Avocado Basil Spaghetti looks so unique. I don't actually like Avocado, I just like spaghetti. I wonder how it tastes if you combine the pasta and avocado. Although I don't like Avocado, I think this is a must try. And the recipe you posted seems so easy and affordable. Thanks.
