I love bananas as much as the minions do! And if you think bananas make you fat...think again! :) Do your own research before you blindly follow anything that anyone says! Here are a few recipes for a banana smoothie that can be consumed in the morning or evening.

BANANA, WALNUT & DRIED CRANBERRY
Blend 4 to 5 bananas, a handful of walnuts and cranberries till it has a smooth consistency. Have it first thing in the morning for instant energy.

BANANA, PAPAYA & CORIANDER
Blend 4 to 5 bananas, as much papaya as you would like and a few sprigs of Coriander. Blend well. The greens are great and it adds to the flavor if you like the taste of coriander. You can also add mint or basil.

BANANA, GUAVA & PINEAPPLE
Blend 4 to 5 Bananas, one big Guava or two small Guavas and a few pieces of pineapple. It has the consistency of a thick milkshake.

I am not really into Bananas, but I have to say that my family loves this fruit. I remembered how my father used to buy us bananas before and encourage us to eat them because according to him, bananas are really good for the health. Well, I won't disagree with him regarding that because I am sure that bananas are indeed very good for someone's health. After that, I always make sure that I eat banana every after meal. You can always try to do this as well. I am sure you will love this.
