I am planning to do yoga next week since one of my workmates suggested this to me. I never thought that there is such thing like this one. Being resourceful with what you have in your surroundings is a good way of maximizing your time and also thinking skills. After this week, our workload at the office will be lesser so I think that will be the perfect time to try this. I am also going to tell my office mates about this so that they can actually check this out as well. We can do this all together at the office I guess.

I stay in office from 9 am to 7.00 pm it's really paining when we site for more than 10 hrs a day,so my toes are paining and not flexible like u so I need more videos to watch

It’s great to know that a balanced backrest will help mitigate slumping and poor posture. My wife got a new job working in a cubicle and she is wondering how she can improve her posture at work. I’ll let her know that getting a chair with a good backrest will help her stop slumping down.
