Yoga is one of the things I would like to give a try one of these days. I don't when this desire of mine started but I think it was when I had randomly watched a video about the benefits of yoga to our body in Facebook. It was a good and convincing video for me since I am kind of in a mood of changing the way that I live. I wanted to improve my health and my lifestyle. And I believe that yoga is one of the answers if I want to make it happen. I just need some motivation and time to encourage myself more.
